The Beach House is right beside the Club House of Punta Fuego de Terrazas
Just a few steps away from the shoreline. It has 3 airconditioned rooms and 2 bathrooms with hot/cold shower. We can accommodate a maximum of 16pax (adults and kids combined).

JUNE 1 TO MARCH 31
SUNDAY to FRIDAY
2-4pax - One room only - php7000*
5-10pax - Two rooms - php12000*
11-16pax - Three rooms - php17000
SATURDAY
2-16pax - Three rooms - php18000

APRIL 1 TO MAY 31
SUNDAY to FRIDAY
2-4pax - One room only - php7000*
5-10pax - Two rooms - php12000*
11-16pax - Three rooms - php17000
SATURDAY
2-16pax - Three rooms - PHP20000

*if 1 or 2 rooms only are rented, the other unused rooms will be locked.

INCLUSIONS:
-FREE use of the kitchen, microwave, stove, oven, rice cooker, barbecue grill, complete set of kitchenware and cookware
-FREE use of extra mattresses, hand towels and bath towels.
-FREE charcoal, liquid soap and dish washing liquid.
-Two helpers to assist you with washing of dishes, etc.

**Use of the SWIMMING POOL and access to the restaurant of the CLUBHOUSE has a fee of php500 per person. (To be paid at the clubhouse)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*Rates are quoted PER NIGHT.
*Kids are included in the headcount.
*Please call/text to finalize your reservation (I will send the quotation thru email).
*Date reservation is only good for two working days.
*50% Initial deposit is required upon reservation.
*Total amount should be settled 7days before the booked date.
*50% Cancellation penalty for confirmed bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in date.
*100% No-Show Penalty.
*We shall not admit guests more than the stated capacity of the house. Php2000/head penalty.
*Check-In Time 2:00pm / Check-Out Time 12:00pm
*Late Checkout Charge is Php500 per hour and per room
*Php1000 will be collected upon checking-in for the incidentals (will be returned upon checking-out)

We really had a great time at your place Raffy and your staff was awsome! Guys, make sure you Manong cook you some Lobsters believe me! Hi, thank you for accomodating us last May13-15. We really had fun! The house is really nice and clean, and we had fun using the kitchen. :) The place is very private, perfect for family outings. :) We're planning to go back soon!

They're included in the counting. Extra beds are mattresses on the floor.

sorry, max of 4pax per room..naka-extra bed na po yung isa dun..so if 6 po kyo, tlagang 2rooms po kailangan.

One bedroom costs 6000. But its only available every sunday-thursday.

Yes, same shoreline of Terrazas. 12pax maximum including kids already.

Sorry, the maximum accommodation for each room is 4pax. So for 12 pax, you'll be needing 3rooms..

Yes. Nasugbu Batangas. Its right beside Terrazas de Punta Fuego. Very near kawayan cove and canyon cove.
